We were very impressed with their supervisor (Alfred) who was very informative and provided materials to look over. Smart Choice Roofing was detailed and gave a written quote for several options. They kept us informed and let us know they would have a crew out on September 3, 2013. They worked with us regarding our insurance claim with State Farm and since we decided on a Lifetime Class 4 Roof, Smart Choice Roofing informed us that our insurance rate would be reduced. They went above and beyond to contact our insurance agent to provide the manufacturer and pertinent information that allowed us to have a discount on our insurance.
